Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide personalized support and build strong relationships with our clients
  • Utilize client care limit structure to make financial decisions and resolve client issues
  • Educate and assist clients on various components of benefit plan data and available services
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Take ownership of client contacts and resolve issues without or with limited service intervention
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver client-specific presentations and resolve service issues
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to address support issues and improve client satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree and relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment. You should have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you should be empathetic, compassionate, and have a strong desire to help others.
