Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading the CX team in Japan, working closely with our global colleagues to create a seamless and engaging experience for our customers. You will be responsible for managing the CLO community, analyzing customer feedback, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the CLO community, including customer support, technical support, and website management
  • Analyzing customer feedback and implementing process improvements to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with our global CX team to create a seamless and engaging experience for our customers
  • Conducting research to expand our customer base in India and the Middle East
  • Working closely with our marketing team to plan and execute online and offline events to engage with our customers
  • Leading cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and drive business growth
  • Collaborating with our web development team to improve user workflow, content, and website operations
  • Communicating with our global CX team to share goals and strategies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, operations, marketing, or user research in the IT industry
  • Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in an agile work environment
  • Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members from diverse backgrounds, time zones, and cultures
  • Project management skills
  • Business-level English language proficiency

Plus if you have

* Knowledge or experience with 2D/3D CAD software or B2C SaaS businesses

  • A degree in statistics, business administration, or information technology
