Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to patients, members, and customers, providing support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments, assess healthcare needs, and provide support and guidance
  • Conducting surveys and gathering feedback to help us improve our services and better meet the needs of our patients and members
  • Providing welcome calls and assisting members and patients with benefits and insurance information
  • Helping patients make informed decisions about their healthcare, and providing support and guidance to help them navigate the healthcare system
  • Working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional customer service and support, and to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Strong computer experience, including data entry, screen navigation, and keyboarding
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email) and Word
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients and members
  • Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties, and to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to patients and members
  • Able to provide 2 monitors at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports
