Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading a virtual team and managing program deliveries to ensure the successful adoption and productive use of our products and services by customers in the manufacturing industry. Your primary objective will be to build strong, long-term relationships with senior customers, helping them discover new features and unlock the full potential of our solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies, leveraging your industry expertise and delivery methodology acumen to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a virtual team of customer success managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth in the manufacturing industry

  • Manage program deliveries, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our products and services
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customers, understanding their business needs and goals
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies, leveraging industry expertise and delivery methodology acumen
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points, driving business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct Business Value Assessments (BVA) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to customers, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of our solutions
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to inform product development and improve customer success outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Delivery project experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of success

  • Industry depth and experience in Manufacturing industries, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points
  • Strong acumen on delivery methodology and delivery service offerings, with the ability to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Knowledge of the Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and overall process, with the ability to conduct BVA and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Fluency in English and local language (verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
