As a Coordinator, Cargo Gateway Customer Service, you'll be an integral part of our International & Cargo Team within the Customer Experience Division. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring acceptance, planning, and accommodation of all blithequark Cargo products to ensure compliance
  • Identifying and communicating potential operational issues to other work groups and assisting with resolution
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Assisting with special projects from HQ and local management team
  • Providing superior quality customer service with maximum emphasis on problem resolution

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or GED Equivalency
  • 1 year of experience in Cargo Terminal Operations, Cargo Sales, or Cargo Reservations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Familiarity with blithequark Cargo products and the cargo industry is highly desired
  • Knowledge of SABRE FRT system
  • Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
