Information Technology Project Management Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior)

Boeing is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Project Management Specialist to drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge technology projects. This candidate should have a proven track record of managing full lifecycle IT projects, including complex data migrations, budgets, and schedules to deliver quality results on time. - Develops and manages information technology project plans and deliverables
- Assists with determination of project scope, schedule and budget baselines based on an understanding of the system development lifecycle
- Supports incorporation of quality management systems for IT projects
- Identifies and negotiates for necessary resources to meet project goals
- Develops and executes project communication plans
- Identifies project risks and develops mitigation plans
- Coordinates and oversees supplier activities
- Coordinates priorities and activities of project support team
- Integrates cost, schedule and technical data/metrics into information to aid in decision making and corrective action
- Provides project status
- Ensures proper documentation of project deliverables
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and implement plans, schedules, or solutions
- Experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high level projects for management
- Experience in managing complex integrated schedules or projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with the implementation of Siemens Teamcenter Products
- Experience implementing SAFe Agile Projects
