Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Inputting and updating records in our company databases with precision and accuracy
• Reviewing and verifying data for consistency and completeness
• Assisting with compiling data for reporting purposes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all sensitive company information, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity
• Following instructions for formatting, tracking, and categorizing data, ensuring seamless integration with our internal systems

Requirements

* No prior experience required – we welcome entry-level candidates and those with no prior experience

• High school diploma or GED (or currently enrolled student)
• Basic computer and typing skills, with a strong foundation in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies
• Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote setting, with excellent time management and self-motivation skills
• Reliable internet connection, with a stable and secure connection to our internal systems
• Must reside in the United States, with a valid work visa or citizenship
