As a Senior Analyst, you'll play a critical role in driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies across various marketing channels, including website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail.

The Role

As a Senior Analyst – Customer Growth Site Marketing, you'll be responsible for supporting the development of customer-driven strategies across our website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels. Your primary focus will be on driving incremental revenue growth through strategic pitches, updates, and independent valuable card offers, as well as lending and banking products across our customer site.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the development of customer-driven strategies across website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail marketing channels

  • Manage the site channel for the buyer card portfolio to achieve acquisition targets across products
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth; work with partners to develop and implement enhancements to improve customer experiences and increase key engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with analysis to understand channel performance, translate data into insights, and enhance accordingly
  • Support the development of the channel estimate, monthly reporting/discussion, and monthly re-forecasting process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to drive business results

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications)

  • Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence positive outcomes and foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
  • Strong logical ability, with the experience to make informed decisions and drive business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business, communications)

  • Experience in customer-driven marketing, with a focus on website, paid, MYCA, email, and direct mail channels
  • Proven track record of driving incremental revenue growth through customer-driven strategies
  • Strong knowledge of marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
