Position: HR/Recruiter

Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Functions

  • Manage the full recruitment process job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in monitoring attendance, leaves, and other HR-related reports.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Accounting & Payroll Support

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.

  • Coordinate with Accounting for salary adjustments, deductions, and government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts.

  • Maintain organized records of pay slips, invoices, and related documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Accounting, or related field.

  • Proven experience in HR, recruitment, and payroll processing.

  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and HR/payroll systems.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.

  • Must be based in Bulacan or Caloocan.

  • Able to work independently in a remote setup.
