Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues related to plan prescription benefits, eligibility, and claim payment. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
* Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service skills and sales metrics
- Work with business partners and customers to develop acquisition strategies based on market trends
- Establish acceptance criteria for subcontractor products and services
- Monitor subcontractor progress and maintain frequent interface with corresponding teams
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- Previous experience in data entry is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in leading customer interactions to develop acquisition strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
