Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and validating brokers' contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence related to broker status and payments, providing timely and accurate responses to resolve customer inquiries
  • Analyzing financial reports to calculate commissions and identify areas for improvement
  • Training team members on new software applications and procedures to ensure seamless knowledge transfer
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and implement process improvements
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in multiple system applications, ensuring data integrity and compliance

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer experiences
  • 5 years of experience in enrollment services or the broker field is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities
  • Intermediate PC proficiency and software skills, including experience with office equipment and multiple system applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, team members, and leadership

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with financial analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance procedures in the enrollment services and broker field
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Enrollment Services Professional (CESP)
  • Experience with software applications, including CRM systems, financial management software, and data analytics tools
