Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
  • Previous customer service experience in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with streaming services and technology
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
