You may be our ideal candidate if you have a strong command of technical communication, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

What you’d do

  • Serve as an embedded contributor within a cross-functional design system team, responsible for authoring, curating, and maintaining documentation across the client design system
  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and content strategists to write and structure documentation that supports both design and development workflows
  • Develop templates, style guidance, and documentation frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability across product teams
  • Write and refine clear, concise, and technically accurate content—including interface copy, component usage guidelines, accessibility standards, and editorial best practices
  • Audit and improve existing documentation to enhance inclusivity, accuracy, and overall user experience
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of brand voice, tone, and content standards within the design system
  • Conduct editorial reviews to maintain high standards of grammar, clarity, and structure
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and collaborative workshops to understand user needs and gather feedback on documentation effectiveness
  • Support continuous improvement of documentation processes, ensuring content remains relevant, current, and aligned with evolving design system goals

What you bring

  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in technical writing, UX writing, or content design, ideally within digital product environments
  • Experience working within or contributing to design systems, with a clear understanding of how documentation supports scalable design and development
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an emphasis on precision, clarity, and usability
  • Familiarity with UX and product design principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with design and engineering partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate content strategies and documentation rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Working knowledge of documentation and design tools such as Storybook, Figma, Markdown, or comparable platforms
