What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Managing existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat
- Explaining insurance products to customers using a consultative and empathetic approach, ensuring they understand their policies and benefits
- Assisting third parties with policy documentation and changes, providing clear and concise guidance
- Ensuring customer needs are addressed in the first interaction, exceeding expectations and building trust

What is Required (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Property & Casualty insurance license and at least one year of customer service experience
- Previous call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability to change and a willingness to learn
- Availability to work from 9:30 am to 6 pm MST, with flexibility to adjust to changing business needs
