Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish, French, etc.) are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
