Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent for blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers via live chat. This remote opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a real difference in the lives of our customers. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, services, and promotions
  • Document customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Customer service experience preferred
