Key Responsibilities

  • Solving complex fraud cases using state-of-the-art investigation tools and techniques

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. We're looking for individuals with:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in an interactive environment, such as gaming, tech, or finance
  • 1+ year of technical support experience, demonstrating your ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and troubleshoot issues
  • Gaming knowledge and experience, with a deep understanding of the player's world and the gaming community (active players of games like League of Legends or VALORANT are encouraged to apply)
  • Network troubleshooting abilities and a basic understanding of networking principles
  • Quick learning capabilities, with the ability to adapt to new software, tools, and technologies
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

  • English communication skills, with the ability to express yourself effectively and professionally
