Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members. You will be responsible for answering inbound calls, resolving issues, and providing information about our pharmacy benefit plans. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from individuals to families, and help them navigate the complexities of their healthcare plans.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a positive and empathetic way
  • Provide information about pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage and mail order solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to identify solutions that meet their needs and improve their healthcare experience
  • Work with a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals and improve overall performance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience; experience in a healthcare setting a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, particularly in a healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and healthcare policies
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
