Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our team of Work-at-Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisors. Key Responsibilities

As a Work-at-Home Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support Advisor at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet
  • Assisting customers using a call flow guide to answer questions and solve problems
  • Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases
  • Investing in our customers' success by offering additional products and/or services
  • Closing sales, working on prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and using B2B or B2C skills
  • Using product knowledge, building client relationships, and finding new ways to retain customers
  • Resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Providing basic customer service support
  • Maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your residence
  • Talent for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • High-speed internet and a smartphone

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Knowledge of sales principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with technical products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
