Job Summary

As a Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through chat communication. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for helping others will make all the difference. This is a part-time Associate Level position, and you'll have the flexibility to work remotely from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication, ensuring that every interaction is positive and informative.

  • Assist customers with insurance-related questions and provide guidance on policies and coverage, helping them make informed decisions.
