Responsibilities
As an Experienced Remote Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
- Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs.
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately.
- Promoting interest in client products and services through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image through all interactions.
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team as needed.
- Assisting with overflow work and other duties as required.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment.
- Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and software.
