The Role

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Word
* Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Customer service experience (preferably in a call center or remote support environment)
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
