Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work from home while being an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent at blithequark, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services

Requirements

To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
