Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that our customer support processes are efficient and effective
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services, as well as best practices in customer support

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a call center or customer support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and technology quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative)
