What We're Looking For
* Residency in Texas: Must reside in Texas to be eligible for this role.
* Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
* Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
* Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
* Availability: Must have open availability during operating hours.
* Customer Service Aptitude: Strong skills in delivering exceptional service.

Home Setup Requirements
* Provided Equipment: blithequark will ship necessary equipment, including a headset after you pass your state exam.
* Internet Requirements: A hardwired high-speed internet connection is required.
* Work Environment: A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.
* Device Requirements: You'll need to use your own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire Tablets). Cell phones are not permitted for college of insurance training.
