Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst II, you will be responsible for delivering custom and standard reporting that communicates the impact of blithequark's solutions on our customers. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers to identify opportunities to expand our standard reporting suite and evolve our customer data story. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and dashboarding tools, as well as exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver custom and standard reporting that communicates the impact of blithequark's solutions on our customers

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to identify opportunities to expand our standard reporting suite and evolve our customer data story
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform product development and customer success strategies
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data requirements
  • Develop and maintain data models and architectures to support data analysis and visualization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to effectively query data across multiple sources using SQL
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas and learn new approaches
  • Prior experience with R and dbt is a plus
  • Passion for using data to drive meaningful impact in the mental health care industry
  • Ability to travel once a quarter for team collaboration and company events

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively query data across multiple sources using SQL

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

  • Prior experience with R and dbt
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Experience with data modeling and architecture
