Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with various inquiries, including flight information, booking changes, and general travel-related questions. Your ability to communicate clearly and efficiently will help ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.

Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via live chat
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, bookings, and travel policies
  • Assisting customers in resolving issues such as cancellations or changes to itineraries
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements
