Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for entering and updating data in our systems with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update data in the company database

  • Review and verify data for accuracy before entry
  • Identify and correct errors in data management systems

  • Provide administrative support as needed to various departments
  • Generate reports and documentation as required by management

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional data entry certifications would be a plus

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software
  • Excellent typing skills, with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory

  • Degree in a related field is a plus
