The Role

As an Online Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients through live chat, email, and phone. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring that they have a positive experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

  • 0-2 years of customer service experience (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
