Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support
  • Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system
  • Conducting outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively
  • Providing feedback on customer interactions to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Upholding company standards for phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Proficiency in office software and customer support tools
  • Ability to type efficiently while communicating with customers
