Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist who is eager to become an expert in our product and support our clients with fast, thoughtful, and reliable service. As a key member of our support team, you'll serve as the frontline of our customer experience, responding to support requests via email and phone and resolving technical issues to keep our clients up and running. This is a remote, part-time role with a focus on evening and weekend availability to ensure our customers receive outstanding service during off-peak hours.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support to healthcare professionals using blithequark's scheduling software
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email (ticket system) and phone
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing effective resolutions or escalating when necessary
  • Learning and maintaining a strong understanding of our product offerings and updates
  • Documenting support issues and resolutions accurately in our CRM/ticketing system
  • Collaborating with the internal team to relay customer feedback and identify improvements

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English - native or bilingual)
  • Calm, patient, and resourceful — especially when customers are facing technical challenges
  • Prior experience in customer support, helpdesk, or SaaS environments is preferred
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or hospital operations is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage time efficiently during evening and weekend shifts
