  • * DURATION: 12-month assignment with the possibility of extension
  • * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Pay Rate: $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr. NOTE: Active PTCB National Certification (required) & Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (required) Responsibilities:

  • Process prescriptions, troubleshoot cases, triage calls, and oversee automation
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital pharmacy operations
  • Support projects to improve digital pharmacy services
  • Collaborate with internal/external vendors on software updates
  • Adhere to pharmacy policies and compliance standards
  • Assist Pharmacist-in-Charge with regulatory readiness
  • Maintain flexibility for potential future evening/weekend/holiday rotation

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Active PTCB National Certification (required)
  • Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License (required)
  • Strong communication (written & verbal)
  • High empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for helping patients and supporting healthcare teams
