Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our account management team and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product data across our e-commerce partners. Your responsibilities will include reviewing product pages for accuracy, communicating with and assisting account managers, and maintaining data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities

Review Product Pages for Accuracy
+ Regularly review and verify the accuracy of product information on our partner sites. + Check for consistency in product descriptions, images, pricing, and other key details.
Communicate with and Assist Account Managers
+ Provide support and assistance to account managers in making necessary corrections and updates. + Learn partner online portals as necessary to provide assistance as needed.
Maintain Data Accuracy
+ Monitor, communicate, and provide assistance regarding updates to product data as needed to ensure ongoing accuracy. + Back up Customer Service when needed, such as during vacation periods or abnormally large call volumes.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft applications is a must. + Familiarity with data entry software and online portals is a plus.
