A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / HVAC DISPATCHER
As a part-time Customer Service Representative / HVAC Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in providing superb customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients
- Making follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Assisting with various office tasks, such as data entry, filing, and other administrative duties
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Past customer service experience, preferably in the home services or HVAC industry
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Familiarity with digital dispatch systems, such as Acowin, is a plus, but not required
- A positive, friendly disposition and a strong work ethic
- Dependability and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
