Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from families seeking help to reunite with their missing pets

• Provide empathetic and informative support to clients, addressing their concerns and questions

• Maintain accurate records and update client information in our database

Requirements

* Must live in or near Tulsa, OK

• Call center experience required (6 months minimum)
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass a drug/federal background check
• Quiet, designated home workspace (for WFH)
