You'll Thrive If You Have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members • A positive, solution-focused mindset to tackle challenges and provide exceptional service • Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required) to help you hit the ground running • Must be U.S.-based and 18+ to ensure compliance with our policies and regulations • Comfortable using basic computer tools (we'll train you!) to navigate our systems and tools
