Job Description

As an Experienced Conversational Chat Bot Designer at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in creating virtual Chat Bot agents that solve customer challenges using Voice/Text UI. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing end-to-end conversational interactions, including identifying potential pitfalls and developing contingency plans
• Developing mockups, flows, redlining, and other creative prototyping related items to bring your designs to life
• Collaborating closely with our support team to assess use cases, including context, topics, and user questions
• Working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing multiple stakeholders, and providing strategic feedback and guidance
• Championing a user-first approach and conducting thorough client and user research to inform your design decisions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of experience in Conversation Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• A proven track record of defining, socializing, testing, iterating on, and delivering outstanding digital experiences
• Experience writing for social and new media, with attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities
• A true team player, comfortable working remotely with a global team of Conversation Designers
• Experience explaining ideas visually, using content flows, mockups, or prototypes to communicate your design vision
• Knowledge of human-machine interactions, with a strong understanding of how to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
• Previously published at least one Virtual Agent, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, experience in the following areas will be a significant advantage:

• Journalism, Communication, English Literature, Creative Writing, Technical Writing, or related fields
• Writing experience (digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy) with attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects at once
• Experience working with serial tech entrepreneurs from Silicon Valley, with a strong understanding of the tech industry and its trends
