About the Role

We are recruiting a highly skilled Senior GL Bookkeeper who will collaborate with our existing team to drive process improvements and ensure accurate reporting of working costs. As a key member of our Bookkeeping team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive forward process upgrades. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere and contribute to our company's success.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
• Be a vital owner of the monthly close cycle for assigned regions and foreign entities
• Maintain financial records for Management and GAAP Consolidated financial statements using accepted methodologies
• Assist with providing forecasts to external auditors on annual audits and quarterly reviews
• Communicate with FP&A, operational partners, and external parties regarding significant accounting matters
• Conduct ad-hoc investigations and projects to further our process improvement initiatives

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA certification a plus
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB standards, SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
• Strong spreadsheet skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
• Excellent communication, oral, and written interpersonal skills, with strong proficiency in English
• Self-motivated and independent, with a "make it happen" attitude and ability to think creatively and entrepreneurially
