As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers in a polite, professional, and courteous manner. You'll be responsible for:

• Advancing and selling air travel to customers or cargo forwarders
• Providing assistance with passenger check-in and cargo acceptance
• Interpreting government regulations and requirements for domestic and international travel or cargo shipments
• Meeting and dispatching aircraft within established times
• Providing assistance to distressed passengers and customers
• Safeguarding company property and revenue
• Ensuring safe travel
• Utilizing coordinated skills to perform various job-related tasks
• Using organizational skills to complete tasks within a limited timeframe
• Being self-motivated and requiring minimal supervision
• Answering and assisting during security and crisis situations
• Following internal and external policies and procedures
• May be required to drive and work air steps up to different types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers
• Responsible for the overall performance within the workspace and may be required to lead and direct the work of other representatives
• May be required to perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication, along with Peak capabilities

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas
• A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• The ability to pass FAA background checks to meet requirements for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
• The ability to obtain proper airport power or US Customs security identification, if applicable
• The ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays
• The ability to respond to situations in a timely and efficient manner
