Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Representative to join our Business Improvement team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying and fostering inbound leads to identify potential business opportunities
  • Building relationships with existing clients to expand our presence in their organizations
  • Conducting outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities and break into new logos in designated regions and markets
  • Recognizing key decision-makers within new accounts and developing strategies to engage them
  • Collaborating with partners to develop targeted campaigns, call methodologies, and messaging to drive business growth
  • Planning and executing qualified discovery meetings and product demos for key decision-makers
  • Meeting monthly sales targets by developing a reliable sales pipeline and driving revenue growth
  • Working closely with sales and marketing teams to provide insights into the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities
  • Utilizing Salesforce and Effort to track and report on sales movements and results
  • Developing a diverse contact list (calls, emails, social media, etc.) for all prospects in your designated territory

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic telephone skills, with excellent listening and communication abilities
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement, with a passion for developing business acumen and sales skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Effort, and Microsoft Office is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds
