Essential Capabilities
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
- Residency: You must be a resident of the United States.
- Language skills: You must be fluent in English and one of the following languages: Hindi or Bengali.
- Computer skills: You must have experience working with a computer and be comfortable using a range of software applications.
- Availability: You must be available to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, short-term, weekend, and overtime shifts as required.
- Work environment: You will need a quiet, interruption-free workspace with a dedicated office area and a chair.
Technical Requirements
From a technical perspective, you will need to have a minimum broadband connection speed of 20MB download and 8MB upload using a hard-wired Ethernet connection (no Wi-Fi).
