Job Summary

As a Senior Technical Product Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for working closely with business and IT teams to identify and document API requirements, develop automated test suites, and create high-quality documentation. Your expertise will be essential in driving the development of our web and cloud-based applications, ensuring seamless integration, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document API requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility

• Develop automated test suites for APIs, ensuring thorough testing and validation of application functionality
• Create high-quality documentation, including technical guides, user manuals, and API reference materials
• Work with application support and development teams to resolve software bugs and issues
• Lead efforts to integrate disparate systems and technologies, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange
• Participate in regular project status meetings, providing updates and insights to stakeholders
• Convert high-level customer requirements into executable, detailed customer stories, enabling effective development and delivery
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities
• Lead planning meetings with teams to prioritize work in upcoming sprints

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven experience in creating requirements and test scenarios for automated test suites for APIs
• Demonstrated expertise in Agile or other fast application development methodologies
• Technical mastery to apply relevant technical processes to suitable business needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders, including management, staff, and clients
• Ability to work independently to achieve exceptional results
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality work on time, translating planning into action through adherence to established methodologies or philosophies
• Commitment to prioritizing the safety and security of self, others, and sensitive information
