Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (BCP), you will:
- Interface with clients via inbound calls, providing support and resolution to their queries
- Achieve specific support and resolution on every call, using script and/or probing techniques to determine client needs
- Maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional client experiences
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required)
- Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts as needed
- Live within 25-35-mile radius of our Rochester, NY site
