Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Become a subject matter expert on software developed by arenaflex and assist physicians and other clients with technical and non-technical issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations, and provide timely and effective solutions to customer concerns
  • Efficiently and accurately document all conversations, escalate issues as warranted, and perform above standards in evaluation reviews
  • Alert management to service concerns that are not resolved in a timely and acceptable manner and take initiative to resolve issues promptly
  • Communicate effectively via email, phone, and other channels, and maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned for professional development and contribute to the growth and success of the arenaflex team

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous work experience in the customer service/support field, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office components, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Professional attitude, appearance, and strong communication skills
  • Experience with level 1 technology and ability to learn new systems and software quickly
  • Accustomed to call center metrics and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be reliable, coachable, and maintain an open and flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a remote call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service processes, including handling inquiries and technical troubleshooting
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues
  • Ability to multitask, work with multiple systems, and manage and maintain customer relationships
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and ability to resolve customer technical and non-technical concerns
