[Remote] Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will leverage the existing customer base to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls with our existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
- Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
- Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
- Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses
Skills
- RIBO Level 2 License and Ontario auto insurance knowledge required
- A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them
- A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
- The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity
