Manager, Media Tech & Ad Ops
Dentsu is a company that focuses on the merging of web and mobile advertising technology. They are seeking a Manager for Media Tech & Ad Ops who will be responsible for JavaScript development, site tagging efforts, and managing technical ad-related issues while collaborating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Data collection through custom scripting and tagging using javascipt/HTML5/CSS
- Application development with focus on React/Node.js applications
- Development of custom applications to support client/internal deliverables
- Identifying and solving complex ad- and data-related issues
- Communicating the function and scope of our technology platforms and services
- Working with third-party developers and technology vendors
- Assisting internal media teams in the execution of cross-divisional ad campaigns
- Technical liaison to both internal and client teams
Skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and basic browser-to-server communication
- Ability to digest technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and under tight deadlines
- A strong understanding of various advertising platforms and the media agency environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
- Node.JS/React is preferred
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience, preferably in advertising or in a technical client services environment
