Leapsome is an AI-powered people platform revolutionizing HR for modern teams, and they are seeking a Customer Care Representative/Product Support Specialist to join their North America Customer Care team in New York. The role involves delivering best-in-class support for technical issues, hosting webinars, and contributing to scalable internal processes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering best in class support for all technical issues our users may face
• Hosting webinars and office hours
• Contributing to make our internal processes and -structures scalable
• Enabling our Product Team to gain a better understanding of the user experience

Skills

• You have a university degree and work experience in a customer-facing role in startup and/or tech-related environments
• You quickly understand new tools and troubleshoot even complex technical problems efficiently and proficiently
• Genuine curiosity about AI and new technologies, with an eagerness to learn how they can enhance customer experience
• You clearly communicate solutions to customers, showing empathy and patience, and you are dedicated to providing excellent service
• You work effectively with team members and share knowledge
• You prioritize tasks and resolve issues within set timelines and quickly adapt to changes in products and workflows

• Experience with quality assurance in customer service and compliance monitoring is a plus
