Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* First Call Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
  • Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications, including arenaflex's proprietary technology.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification a plus.
