Job Summary:

As a Virtual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, provide information, and ensure a seamless arenaflex experience. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience in a remote working environment is a plus.
