Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine effective solutions for customers, thinking proactively, and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution.
  • Operating with understanding, utilizing active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated in a written assessment
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes, and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computers, both for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information to help support our customers
  • Ability to adapt to change with the business needs of the company
  • Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed by the business unit
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the pet care industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and customer service software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages
